Cultivation and Production: India is the World's third-largest producer & exporter of Mustard. In India major mustard seeds cultivation, states are Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

In India, it is mainly harvested in February and March.
